Player Guitars started with a mission to put player instruments in the hands of working musicians at a reasonable price. We have repeat customers from all over the world and we thank you. We do our best to give accurate descriptions and give you the best deal possible. Guitars like eggs are cheaper in the country. Jackson TN is the former home of the late Rockabilly legend Carl Perkins and harmonica Bluesman Sonny Boy Williamson. We have a Microfret guitar on display formerly owned by the late Mr. Carl Perkins along with many rare SUN records. This website is dedicated to Marshall Tucker Mayo, a guitar lover, true friend, and a son that left us much too soon. We miss you.
Specialties
We specialize in Gibson Les Pauls and Fender tube amps. Large inventory of instruments that are set up and road ready. We also handle acoustic instruments, hard to find albums, and Rock & Roll memoribilia.
Payment Policies
We accept cash, moneyorders, cashiers checks, and Western Union transfer or international moneyorders for foreign sales. Credit cards are not accepted but due to this we can offer better prices. We do accept PayPal for all our Ebay customers. We have a layaway plan at 30% down and 45 days to pay in full. Sorry no refunds on layaways. We will do all we can to earn your business.
Return Policies
There is a 24 hour approval period on all instruments. We feel most buyers know if they like a guitar in the first 15 minutes so 24 hours should be more than enough time to test drive. If not completely satisfied your payment will be refunded after the instrument is returned in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Shipping Policies
Buyers pay all shipping expenses. Shipping any guitar anywhere in the lower 48 states will cost $25 for FedEx Ground and that is reasonable. We are not in the shipping business so we do not try to make any extra money on shipping. We ship worldwide with Federal Express for fast safe delivery. All shipments are insured although we have never had a guitar damaged during shipment. We personally pack all instuments and know what it takes to get it to your door safely.

Directions
Located in Casey Jones Village right off Interstate 40 (Music Highway) about halfway between Memphis and Nashville. Situated between the Old Country Store and Historic Casey Jones Museum. Plenty of parking and easy turnaround for tour buses.
